Participaram do evento cientistas de Angola, Brasil, Mo&amp;ccedil;ambique, S&amp;atilde;o Tom&amp;eacute; e Pr&amp;iacute;ncipe, Cabo Verde, Portugal, Estados Unidos e, pela primeira vez, Guin&amp;eacute; Bissau.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&#13;
